About the project
A unique place in the municipality of Rocha is a small town where time seems to have stopped. Garzón can be explored by sulky. 250 inhabitants, dirt streets and beautiful houses for their simplicity and austerity. Next to this town is Las Garzas. Just 20 minutes from José Ignacio on interspa route 10 and 50 minutes from Punta del Este International Airport on route 9. ACQUISITION
Once the funding stage is completed, the trustee will order the purchase of the units at a significant discount compared to similar apartments in the area.
